Cancellation Policy

Right of Cancellation You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Motique-Garage, Dennis Boss, Ostpreusenstraße 16, 27299 Langwedel, Germany, E-mail: info@motique-garage.com) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to cancel this contract. You can use the attached model cancellation form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of Cancellation If you cancel this contract, we will have to reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from you having chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

Premature Expiry of the Right of Cancellation The right of cancellation expires prematurely in the case of a contract for the delivery of digital content not on a physical data carrier (such as a digital raffle ticket) if we have begun to perform the contract after you:

• have expressly consented to us beginning to perform the contract before the expiry of the cancellation period, and

• have confirmed your knowledge that by your consent you lose your right of cancellation upon commencement of the performance of the contract.

By purchasing the raffle ticket and the associated immediate provision of eligibility to participate, you agree to this premature expiry of the right of cancellation.
