Shipping Conditions

1. Scope These shipping conditions apply to the delivery of all digital and physical products purchased or won within the scope of the services offered by Motique-Garage (hereinafter "we" or "the organizer"). They supplement our General Terms and Conditions (GTC).
2. Shipping of Digital Products (Raffle Tickets) 2.1. Shipping Method and Delivery The raffle tickets are sent exclusively in digital form. After the successful completion of the purchase process (successful payment and correct answering of the knowledge question), the participant will be sent a confirmation email. This email serves as proof of qualified participation and contains all relevant information. There is no postal dispatch of physical tickets.
2.2. Delivery Time The confirmation email is usually sent immediately after the purchase process is completed. In exceptional cases, technical delays may occur.
2.3. Obligations of the Participant The participant is responsible for providing a correct and functional email address. We are not liable for non-delivery or delayed delivery resulting from incorrect information provided by the participant. Participants are requested to also check their spam folder.
3. Shipping of the Grand Prize (Vehicle) 3.1. Shipping Method and Delivery Area The shipment of the grand prize (vehicle) will be arranged individually with the winner. We offer free standard delivery to an address within the Federal Republic of Germany. Shipping to other countries in the European Union is possible by arrangement and upon the winner assuming the additional costs incurred. Shipping outside the European Union is not offered.
3.2. Processing and Costs After successful notification and confirmation of the winner, we will contact them to arrange the details of the delivery (delivery address, time window). All costs for standard delivery within Germany (transport, transport insurance) will be borne by the organizer. Any costs exceeding this, such as for international delivery, customs duties, import taxes, or special transport requests, are to be borne in full by the winner.
3.3. Alternative: Self-Collection As an alternative to delivery, the winner can also personally collect the vehicle at our business premises in 27299 Langwedel, Germany, by arrangement. In the case of self-collection, all delivery costs are waived.
3.4. Transfer of Risk The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the vehicle passes to the winner upon handover to the winner or to the transport person commissioned by the winner. In the case of delivery by us, the risk passes to the winner upon handover of the vehicle at the agreed delivery location.
3.5. Delivery Period The delivery of the vehicle usually takes place within 2-4 weeks after successful confirmation of the winner and completion of all necessary formalities (e.g., signing the declaration of acceptance).
